Individual Coaching
A 1:1 session built around your GRIP (spiritual gifts for faith-based individuals) and/or Birkman personality assessment. We'll confirm what resonates, identify your strengths and needs, and get honest about the liabilities that show up under pressure,
What we cover:
- Your spiritual gifts and natural wiring
- Team style and how you lead under pressure
- Where your gift has become your liability
- An integrity check to make sure your work, your faith, and your identity are aligned, not at war
Group Coaching
Monthly small group sessions with others who understand exactly what you're carrying. Come experience the transformation that happens with coaching and accountability in a group setting. GRIP-Birkman assessment required before joining.
Team Workshops & Facilitation
For ministries and businesses who want their team to work in unity and to thrive, I facilitate a team debrief that helps everyone understand how they're individually wired and how that wiring fits together.
This isn't a generic team-building exercise. It's a clear picture of who does what best, where friction is coming from, and how to move forward as one body with different parts based on their GRIP and Birkman profiles.
